Adriene Pfanner

Adriene Pfanner, FMP has had a diverse and accomplished work experience. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Parking Planner/Administrative Assistant at DESMAN Associates until 2001. Adriene then joined WebMD as an Executive Administrator from 2002 to 2004. After that, they served as an Office Manager at Bowers and Rein Associates, Inc. in 2004 and 2005.

From 2005 to 2012, Adriene worked at Johnson Controls, first as a Senior Proposal Specialist, then as a Senior Proposal Development Specialist, and later as a Proposal Development Manager. Adriene then moved on to CBRE in 2014, where they took on the roles of PMO, Business Development and Co-Sponsor, Rising Leaders Program. Adriene also worked as a Client Solutions Director at CBRE from 2017 to 2019.

In 2019, Adriene joined Sodexo as a Director, Business Development and remained in this role until 2022. Adriene then joined Flagship Facility Services, Inc. as the National Vice President Business Development - IFM, responsible for leading sales activities and driving growth across the facilities management division. Currently, Adriene is the Vice President of Business Solutions at BGIS, a role they started in April 2023.

Adriene Pfanner, FMP obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Beloit College between 1992 and 1996. Additionally, Adriene participated in a college semester abroad program in Botswana, Africa at the School for International Training in 1995. Adriene also holds additional certifications including the Facility Management Professional Credential from IFMA obtained in 2016 and the Challenger Fundamentals - Core Sales Skills (Activation) from Challenger.
