Tammy Alcantar

Tammy Alcantar is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR leadership spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at BGIS since October 2021, Alcantar contributes to integrated real estate management services. Previous experience includes holding the position of Director of HR Programs at SavATree, where oversight was provided for HR functions across 45+ locations. At American Blue Ribbon Holdings, LLC, Alcantar led HR business partners for two restaurant brands, focusing on recruitment and compliance. Earlier roles included managing HR functions within several industries at Terumo BCT and Orica USA, where significant improvements in talent acquisition and training processes were made. Alcantar holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
