Lisa Bowers (she/her)

Lisa Bowers (she/her) has a diverse work experience. Lisa began their career as a Senior Corporate Trainer at Eagle Point Software from July 2002 to May 2007. In August 2007, they joined American Trust & Savings Bank as the 1st Vice President - Human Resources, where they worked until March 2015. Lisa then transitioned to become the Chief People Officer at Dupaco Community Credit Union in March 2015, where they currently hold the role.

Lisa Bowers attended Wartburg College from 1998 to 2002, where they earned their BA degree in Education. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Dubuque Senior High from 1994 to 1998, without obtaining a specific degree or field of study.
