Franck Durand

Franck DURAND currently serves as the Head of Compliance Control & Risk Management at BGL BNP Paribas since March 2024. With extensive experience in compliance and risk management, Franck co-founded and co-owns a real estate investment company since January 2007. Prior to the current role, Franck held various positions at BNP Paribas, including Compliance IT Tools Manager for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and Head of Compliance Systems for International Financial Services. Responsibilities have spanned team management, compliance tools oversight, digital optimization initiatives, project ownership, and coordination of compliance tool deployments during mergers. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree from the European Bank Academy, a Master's Degree in Accounting from an independent candidacy, and several other degrees in management and accounting from recognized institutions.
