Natasha Paul currently works at BGL Group as a Change Delivery Manager and Real Time Manager. Natasha leads a team of Real Time Analysts to design and deliver skilling strategies to achieve Service Level targets in various areas of BGL Insurance. Natasha has also served as a Customer Experience Coach within the company, managing an Omni-Channel department and integrating digital technologies into the business. Prior to BGL Group, Natasha worked at Direct Line Group as a Team Leader, where Natasha led a sales team and focused on coaching and development. Natasha is a Teesside University alumna.
