Rachel Sullivan

Rachel Sullivan has extensive experience in customer service and fraud intelligence, currently serving as a Fraud Intelligence Executive at BGL Group since April 2011, where prior roles included Webchat Representative and Customer Service Representative. Rachel also held the position of Team Leader at Mitchells & Butlers PLC from July 2009 to April 2011. Academically, Rachel attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Solent University (2006-2009) and is currently pursuing studies in the Korean Language at the University of Central Lancashire since September 2021.
