Chris L.

Chris L. has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of technology and information management. From 1997 to 2007, they worked at EmployBridge, starting as an IT Project Manager and progressing to roles such as IT Manager and Director of IT. In 2003, Chris joined Technisource as a Manager and later became a Senior Manager. Chris then returned to EmployBridge in 2007 as the Chief Information Officer (CIO), overseeing digital operations and leading the company's technology strategies until 2012. From 2012 to 2018, Chris served as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at EmployBridge, responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives. In 2019, they joined BGSF as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) before transitioning to the role of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) in 2023.

Chris L. attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1994 to 1998. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business.
