Gay Belt

Gay Belt's work experience begins in 1991 when they worked as a Recruiting Manager at M. David Lowe. They then moved to Robert Half International in 1993, where they held the role of Recruiting Manager until 2004. In 2004, they worked as a Corporate Trainer at Todays Staffing for one year. From 2005 to 2017, Belt served as the Managing Director Perm Services at SNI Financial formerly Q&A Recruiting. Belt then joined BGSF in 2017, first as the Director of Corporate Training and Development until 2021, and currently holds the position of Director of Business Transformation.

Gay Belt has a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University.
