Mathew Stewart

Mathew Stewart has a diverse work experience in property management and sales. Mathew started their career as a Property Manager at Remington Meadows in 2012 and then moved on to become a Property Supervisor at Riverbend Village in 2013. In 2015, they joined WillMax Capital Management as a Property Manager and later transitioned to Ladera Apartments in the same role. Mathew then worked as a Business Manager at Lincoln Property Company, overseeing rent collection and maintenance for multiple properties. From 2016 to 2020, Mathew served as a Property Manager at Southern Land Company, Brookfield Properties, and GVA Property Management, gaining experience in managing and maintaining various properties. In 2021, they became the General Manager at Waterton before joining BGSF in 2022 as a Director of Sales.

Mathew Stewart completed the National Apartment Association's CAM Course from 2014 to 2015, earning a CAM Designation in Certified Apartment Management. Prior to that, they attended Georgia Southern University from 2005 to 2010, focusing on Economics with a specialization in Regional Economic Development. Mathew also possesses an additional certification as a CAM from the National Apartment Association.
