Joy D. has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Joy began their career as an Assistant Accountant at Libertas Capital Group Plc in 2005 and progressed to roles such as Financial Accountant at Whittington Management Services Limited and Management Accountant at ETX Capital. Joy then joined ZS Associates, where they held various positions, including Controller in the London office and client financial management specialist. Currently, they are a Managing Director at BGSF, overseeing recruiting and client team collaboration. Joy has extensive experience in financial management, client support, and ERP implementation.

Joy D. completed their GCSE's and A Levels in Business/Commerce, General at Carmel School in Kuwait from 1998 to 2001. Joy then pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance at Kingston University from 2001 to 2004.
