Ryan Escher

Ryan Escher began their career in 2000 as a Branch Manager at Robert Half, managing various divisions within the finance and accounting market. Ryan later served as a Senior Manager at Robert Half in Singapore, where they established the first office and handled business development. In 2009, they moved to Robert Half in the US, taking on roles such as Branch Manager and Director of Perm Services/Vice President. Most recently, since 2019, Ryan has been working at Horn Solutions, Inc. as a Market Director before becoming the Vice President of IT Direct Hire Services at BGSF in 2023. Throughout their career, Ryan has focused on IT solutions, business development, and client relationship management.

Ryan Escher earned an Associates degree in General from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 1994. Ryan then went on to obtain a BS in Business Management from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business in 1997.
