Clark Bailey

Clark Bailey is the Director of Product Engineering at BGZ brands. Clark has over 14 years of experience in product engineering and development. Prior to joining BGZ brands, they were the Product Engineering Manager at Signature Products Group (SPG) where they were responsible for the design engineering of Black Rhino ODM products. Clark also assisted in the creation of the marketing and sales plan for the relaunch of Black Rhino Tools.

Clark has a strong background in product development and management. Clark has successfully created new product categories, such as eyewear, and revitalized existing product lines. Clark has also traveled extensively to partner with China/Taiwan operations to facilitate commercialization. In their current role, they are responsible for leading the product engineering team and developing new products for BGZ brands.

Clark Bailey has a Bachelor of Science in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology/Technician from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, as well as a Technical Degree in Machine Tool Technology/Machinist from Madison Area Technical College.

They are on a team with Justine Samuels - BodyGuardz Product Manager, Julianne Gray - Director of Product Marketing. Clark Bailey reports to Lynda Rose, VP of Product.
