Jodi Gruening

Jodi Gruening is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of Employee Experience at BH since December 2020, Jodi previously held the position of Director of People & Culture. Prior to that, Jodi worked at the Iowa Department of Human Services as Bureau Chief of Human Resources from April 2019 to December 2020, and at Principal Financial Group from January 2008 to January 2019 as Human Resources Business Partner Director. Jodi also has experience as Vice President of Human Resources at Wells Fargo Home and Consumer Finance Group and served as Human Resources Director at Saks, Incorporated for 17 years. Jodi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Iowa, completed in 1988.
