Prakash Vivekananthan

Prakash Vivekananthan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Prakash is currently the Vice President of Technology Operations at Bharat Mandi since March 2023. Prior to that, they co-founded Farmsys in January 2019 and held the role of Co-Founder. From June 2020 to October 2021, Prakash worked as the IT Security & Agri Business Lead at payAgri Innovations Pvt Ltd. Before that, they served as a Resident Support Account Manager at McAfee from March 2016 to April 2018. From September 2008 to March 2016, Prakash worked as a Team Lead at McAfee Enterprise. Prakash started their career as a Support Engineer at Hewlett-Packard from 2006 to 2008. Prakash also worked as a Systems Manager at Jansons School of Business, Coimbatore from 2002 to 2006.

Prakash Vivekananthan received a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech in 1997, with a focus on computer programming and database. Prakash then pursued an M.Sc in Biochemistry from Madurai Kamaraj University from 1996 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Prakash has obtained the IBM Blockchain Essentials certification from IBM in 2018.
