Soumendu Haldar

Soumendu Haldar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Soumendu started their career at Asian Paints as a Territory Sales Incharge from December 2001 to April 2004. Soumendu then moved to airtel and worked as an Account Manager in Corporate Sales from April 2004 to January 2006. Following that, they joined ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited as an Area Manager in Rural Agency from February 2006 to May 2008. From June 2008 to November 2020, they worked at Max Life Insurance Company Limited, where they held multiple roles including Zone Head - Strategic Initiatives (Revenue) and Vice President. Lastly, since November 2020, they have been associated with Bharti AXA Life Insurance as Vice President - Strategic Initiatives and is currently serving as the Head of Strategic Initiatives, responsible for driving key initiatives within the organization.

Soumendu Haldar obtained a Master's Degree from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2015, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Chaudhary Charan Singh University from 1997 to 2000.
