Paul Eby

Paul Eby has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Paul started their career in 1998 as the Vice President of Information Technology/Client Services at APAC Customer Service. After that, they worked as the Senior Manager of Delivery Services at McLeodUSA from 2001 to 2004.

In 2004, Paul joined Rockwell Collins, where they held multiple positions. Paul started as the Principal Subcontract Manager for Government Systems and then became the Senior Manager of Commercial Subcontracts. Paul eventually became the Principal Program Manager, responsible for planning, executing, and managing major subcontracts.

In 2017, Paul joined ACT as the Senior Director of Product Operation Management. Paul led teams in developing and implementing strategic directions for operational product delivery roadmaps. Paul focused on aligning product capabilities, increasing efficiency, and enhancing the client experience.

Currently, Paul is the Director of Project Management at BHFO, Inc. Paul is responsible for leading and delivering process improvement through automation to reduce costs and increase margins. Paul manages automation, inventory, warehouse capacity, equipment, safety, and security. Additionally, they lead cross-functional project teams to drive development and launch initiatives.

Paul Eby obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Northwood University, which they attended from 1981 to 1985. Paul earned the "Developing Your Team Members" certification from LinkedIn in December 2022, and also completed the "Improving Your Focus" certification from the same institution in the same month and year.
