Jeannie Ambler

Jeannie Ambler is the current Vice President of Human Resources at BHI. Jeannie has previously held the position of Human Resources Director at OneAmerica from April 2019 to November 2021. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources at Salin Bank & Trust Company from May 2017 to April 2019. Jeannie has also been with Regions Financial Corporation from September 2002 to April 2017 as an HR Business Partner and Recruiter. In this role, they supported 25 branches and 180 associates across the Southern Indiana footprint of Regions.

Jeannie is a strategic and consultative business partner with experience in all aspects of human resources. Jeannie is a results-driven leader with a proven track record in developing and executing HR initiatives that support business goals and objectives. Jeannie has a passion for building high-performing teams and creating an engaged workforce. Jeannie is an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

Jeannie Ambler reports to John Dattilo, CEO. They work with Jackie Lincks - Director of Clinical Informatics, Roger E. Weideman II - VP & CFO, and Elwood A. Conaway III - VP of Information Technology. Some individuals on their team include Joe Wheeler - Compliance Officer & Internal Auditor, Ramona Ohms - Corporate Director of Payroll, and Donna Gould - Corporate Director of Benefits.
