Joe Wheeler

Joe Wheeler is the current compliance officer and internal auditor at BHI. Joe has also worked as a manager for performance engineering and as a senior performance engineer/senior engineering supervisor at Foster Wheeler. Joe's responsibilities have included organizing and directing the engineering design effort for proposal and contract projects, reviewing documents and designs, assessing risks, overseeing project progress, and developing new standards and procedures.

Joe Wheeler graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Joe then went on to get their Project Management certification from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Joe Wheeler reports to Jeannie Ambler, VP of Human Resources. They work with Ramona Ohms - Corporate Director of Payroll, Donna Gould - Corporate Director of Benefits.
