Anna McLean

Anna McLean is an experienced mining professional with a strong background in mine planning and engineering. Currently serving as Superintendent of Mine Planning at BHP since February 2018, Anna previously held roles at the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety in Western Australia, including District Inspector of Mines and Special Inspector of Mines. With a foundation in open pit planning from GOLD FIELDS and leadership experience with Cardno and Leighton Contractors, Anna also served as General Manager and Quarry Manager at Crosslands Resources. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Mining Engineering from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from The University of Western Australia.
