Carly Heales

Carly Heales is an experienced professional in operations and health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as the Head of Operations at CBH Group since May 2018. Previously, Carly held several roles at CBH Group, including Acting Chief People Officer, General Manager for the Kwinana South Zone, Group HSE Manager, and HSE Lead. From May 2015 to June 2017, Carly was the National HSEQ Manager at LINX Cargo Care Group. Carly holds a Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Wollongong.
