Eunjoo Choi

Eunjoo Choi, Ph.D., currently serves as a Specialist Geologist at BHP, focusing on metals exploration since July 2021. Prior to this role, Eunjoo held positions as a Senior Geologist in Nickel West and as an Exploration Geologist at Newcrest Mining from April 2020 to May 2021. Eunjoo's academic background includes a PhD from The University of Western Australia, where the research concentrated on the geodynamic and geochemical evolution of the lithospheric mantle under the Yilgarn Craton, and previous roles as a Casual Teaching/Tutor and Mineralogical Lab Researcher at Korea University. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree and a Bachelor of Science, both in Geological and Earth Sciences from Korea University.
