Matt Frederick possesses extensive experience in the electrical and instrumentation sectors, currently serving as Superintendent Planning Scheduling and Asset Health at BHP since September 2012, with a focus on maintaining electrical infrastructure at the Olympic Dam Surface Operations. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Electrical Asset Management Planner, emphasizing strategy-based maintenance and reliability monitoring. Previous experience includes a role as Electrical Supervisor at Cowell Electric Supply Pty Ltd, overseeing project estimation and partner relations, and as an Instrument Electrician at Instrument Installation Services, directing digital control system installations. An apprenticeship at AMEC and a brief period as a crane driver and rigger complement Matt's technical background, which began after graduating from Immanuel College.
