Silvana dal Pozzo

Silvana Dal Pozzo is a highly experienced professional in the field of tailings management and engineering, currently serving as Tailings Principal at BHP since September 2021. Silvana also holds the position of Presidente ICOLD - Chile, demonstrating leadership within the International Commission on Large Dams since November 2019. Previous roles include Consultor de Relaves at ARCADIS, Superintendente Produccion de Relaves SGO at BHP, Ingeniero Experto Tranques at Minera Los Pelambres, and Superintendente de Relaves at CODELCO. Silvana has a robust educational background, including a Civil Engineer degree from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria and specialized diplomas from Universidad de Chile and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
