Karen Steed

Karen Steed, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources management, having held positions in various companies since 1987. Steed currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources, Health & Safety, and Training at BHS Corrugated North America, where responsibilities include employee and management relations, as well as team building facilitation and oversight of HR Generalists. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Generalist at Peak Technologies, Human Resource Manager at Niro Inc. and Atlantic Pharmaceutical Services, and Service Supervisor at Manpower. Steed holds a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Sarasota and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
