Rebeca Peppi

Rebeca Peppi is currently the CHRO at BHub. Rebeca has over eight years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on digital transformation and change management. Prior to their current position, they were an HR Business Partner at ItauBBA from January 2017 to August 2021. There, they were responsible for running all matters related to Human Resources for the Credit unit at IBBA and Itau Unibanco. Rebeca also led long-term projects, such as restructuring teams, identifying key persons, training and developing new businesses.

From January 2013 to January 2017, Rebeca Peppi worked as a Human Resources Analyst at Itaú Unibanco. There, they analyzed innovative solutions to reduce costs for internal evaluation programs and led the innovation project called “new tools to evaluate our interns”. Additionally, they managed a strategic project with IT department to develop an internal system and participated in performance cycles for the entire bank, being responsible for people with disabilities evaluation.

Before their work in Human Resources, Rebeca Peppi worked in the Research Area at Heidrick & Struggles from December 2010 to December 2012.

Rebeca Peppi has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Rebeca also has a certificate in English from ELS Language Centers.

Rebeca Peppi reports to Jorge Vargas Neto, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Eliseu Ramos - Head of CX, Anna Fleury - Head of PR, and Flávio Barbosa - P&C Lead.
