Bruno Francisco

Bruno Francisco is an experienced professional specializing in Business Intelligence (BI) and IT project management. Currently serving as BI Delivery Manager at BI4ALL since April 2021, Bruno also held the role of BI Product Owner at VARO Energy. Previously, Bruno worked at TAP Air Portugal from September 2017 to April 2021 in various roles including IT Business Development Manager, overseeing customer data and loyalty programs, and Customer Data Project Manager. Earlier positions include CRM & MDM IT Project Manager at Aubay, Commissions and Incentives Consultant at Altice Portugal, and MDM Solution Architect at Portugal Telecom. Bruno began a career in IT at DEEC – IST, progressing from IT Lab Monitor to LTI Manager/System Administrator. Bruno holds an Integrated Master Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
