François Hoffait

François HOFFAIT has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. François started their career with an internship at SOLVAY ASIA PACIFIC in Singapore in 1994. François then joined SOLVAY in Belgium, where they held positions as SAP European Coordinator and later as Supply Chain Manager. In 2000, they became the Country Commercial Manager at SOLVAY QUIMICOS Y POLIMEROS in Chile. François returned to SOLVAY in Belgium as the European Sales & Marketing Manager from 2003 to 2007. François then worked for AQUADEV CENTRAL AFRICA in Rwanda as the National Coordinator, overseeing the implementation of the organization's program in the micro-finance sector. François later rejoined SOLVAY in Belgium as an International Project Manager from 2011 to 2013. Currently, François works at BIA GROUP, where they have held various roles, including Regional Manager and Country Manager for Burkina Faso, After-Market Business Unit Manager for BIA Africa, and currently serves as the Head of Operational Excellence.

François Hoffait completed their Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering from the Université catholique de Louvain between 1989 and 1994. In 1993, they participated in an Inter-University exchange program at Queen's University, focusing on Business & Administration. François pursued further education with a specialization in Industrial Marketing from INSEAD in 2006.
