Maxime Lorette has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Maxime started their career as an HR Intern at the European Commission, where they analyzed workloads and identified areas for improvement. Maxime then interned at Pamela Rawlins & Associates Limited, assisting in the creation of a human resources consulting company.

After their internships, Maxime joined HP as a Recruiter, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for positions in Belgium and Luxembourg. Maxime later became the GWE HR Staffing Programme Manager at HP before moving on to PwC as a Recruitment Coordinator. At PwC, they were responsible for junior recruitment and the implementation of recruitment policies.

Maxime then joined I.R.I.S. ECM as an International Recruitment Consultant, where they recruited IT consultants for various countries and international organizations. Their responsibilities included screening CVs, conducting interviews, and negotiating contracts.

Currently, Maxime is working at BIA Group, where they have held multiple roles. Maxime started as an HR Recruitment Officer and eventually became the Group Recruitment Manager. In this role, they managed a team and oversaw recruitment projects in the Benelux and Africa regions. Maxime implemented a recruitment tool to automate and digitize the recruitment process.

Maxime then became the HR Manager for Benelux at BIA Group, overseeing HR operations in the region. Maxime subsequently served as the Group Talent and Compensation & Benefits Manager before taking on their current role as the Head of HR Centers of Expertise (CoE’s) & Shared Service Center (SSC) at BIA Group.

Maxime Lorette has a strong education background in the field of Political Sciences. They obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Sciences from the Université de Namur, completing their studies in the years 2002 to 2004. Following this, Maxime pursued further education at the Université libre de Bruxelles, where they obtained a Master's degree in Political Sciences from 2004 to 2006. They continued their academic journey at the same institution, completing a Post-Master's degree in Human Resources Management in the year 2007.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Maxime has also obtained certifications in Change Management from Prosci in October 2018 and as a SHL Certified OPQ-User from SHL in November 2010.
