Natalya Kotlyarova graduated from Moscow Pedagogical State University with a degree in Pedagogy and Psychology. She joined SIBUR in 2013 and progressed from Senior HR Management Expert to HR Director at SIBUR International.

As HR Director at BIAXPLEN, Natalya is responsible for improving talent identification and development, succession planning, and HR process efficiency.
