Rhiannon McAleer

Rhiannon McAleer's work experience includes roles in various organizations. Rhiannon served as the Head of Research and Impact and later as the Head of Research at the Bible Society from June 2016 to the present. In 2020, they became a Leaders Plus Fellow at Leaders Plus. Prior to that, Rhiannon worked as a Research and Projects Coordinator and later as a Research, Information, and Support Officer at Meningitis Now from August 2014 to June 2016. Rhiannon also worked as a Community Fundraiser at the British Red Cross from October 2013 to January 2014. Additionally, they gained experience as an intern at Macmillan Cancer Support, the British Red Cross, and served as an Assistant Secretary at Silverhill School.

Rhiannon McAleer has a Bachelor's Degree in Religious Studies from Lancaster University, obtained from 2006 to 2009. Rhiannon then pursued a Master's Degree in Islamic Studies at the University of Exeter from 2009 to 2010. Continuing their studies at the University of Exeter, Rhiannon earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Arab and Islamic Studies from 2011 to 2015.
