Isaias Silverio is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in managing key accounts and leading teams. Currently serving as Sales Head for both the Direct Channel (Food, Pharma, and Cash & Carry) and the Stationery Channel at BIC since September 2016, Isaias oversees a team of Key Account Managers, a Sales Coordinator, and a Sales Analyst, focusing on key account customers, distributors, and B2B operations in Brazil. Prior to this role, Isaias spent nearly a decade at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included managing key accounts, leading commercial strategies across various distribution channels, and implementing procurement and supplier relationship management initiatives. Isaias holds degrees in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and Business Administration from Universidade Paulista.
