Aatiyah Paulding

Aatiyah Paulding, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Director of People at Bicara Therapeutics since September 2025. Previously, Aatiyah held several roles in Sage Therapeutics from September 2020 to August 2025, including Senior Director of People & Experience and Director of People & Experience - Commercial. Aatiyah's experience also includes working as an HR Business Partner at Enel X and as a Talent Business Partner at Bullhorn, a SaaS provider for the staffing industry. Aatiyah began a career in human resources at Harvard University, serving in various capacities, including Human Resources Consultant and Coordinator, for over a decade. Aatiyah holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Emmanuel College and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Science from Lesley University.
