Andrii Pavlenko has a diverse work experience in the field of telecommunications. Andrii started their career in 2006 as a Telecommunication engineer at UkrRadioTel, where they worked until 2008. Andrii then moved on to ESU Ltd, where they worked as an Installer of mobile cellular communications for a year.
In 2009, Andrii joined UkrRadioTel again, but this time as a Team Leader Technical Support. Andrii held this position until 2010 when they transitioned to Golden Telecom, where they worked as a Service Manager/Account Manager for four years.
Andrii then joined Kyivstar in 2014 as a Sales Support Specialist and worked there until 2015. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Account Manager at Flames Group SIA.
Their most recent work experience is at BICS, where they began as a Junior Telco Service Engineer, Fraud Prevention Engineer in 2017. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of Middle Telco Service Engineer, Fraud Prevention Engineer, where they are currently responsible for providing L1 network support activities for voice and mobile services, proactive fraud detection, and preparing monthly reports for customers.
