Borja de la Cruz Trocolí

Borja de la Cruz Trocolí has a diverse work experience history. Borja started their career as a Cajero/Reponedor at Ahorramas S.A in 2018, where they performed cashier duties and assisted with restocking. In 2019, they worked as a Técnico de Selección - Recruiter at Sales Hunters, analyzing profiles, managing calls, and activating recruitment sources. Borja then joined PRIM as an HR Generalist (Learning & Recruitment), where they handled job analysis, job postings, resume screening, and interviews. Additionally, they coordinated the Learning Management System and maintained contact with training centers and FUNDAE. Borja also served as a Spanish Teacher/English Teacher Assistant at Juliana van Stolbergschool in the Netherlands, teaching vocabulary and grammar using digital tools and organizing reinforcing activities. In 2022, they worked as an HR Assistant at Medtronic before joining the European Parliament as a Schuman Trainee. Lastly, they are currently employed as an HR Specialist at BICS since 2023.

Borja de la Cruz Trocolí graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Grado en Psicología) from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in the years 2015-2020. During this time, they also pursued an Expert degree in Organization and Human Resources (Experto en Organización y Recursos Humanos) from the same institution from 2018-2019. Before attending university, Borja completed their high school education with honors (Bachillerato de Excelencia) at I.E.S. Prado de Santo Domingo in Alcorcón from 2013-2015.

In addition to their formal education, Borja has obtained several certifications. Borja completed the C1 - Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) at Cambridge Institute in Madrid, Spain in July 2022. In April 2020, they completed a 12-hour course titled "Emotional Intelligence: Key to Success" (Curso "Inteligencia Emocional: una clave para el éxito") at Centro de Psicología Aplicada UAM - Formación. Furthermore, in April 2019, Borja completed a Change Management course (Curso Gestión del Cambio) at Instituto de Ingeniería del Conocimiento (IIC).
