Grzegorz Olesiejuk

Grzegorz Olesiejuk has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Grzegorz started their career in 2008 as a Technical Engineer at Sotronic and worked there until 2011. Grzegorz then joined Ericpol as a Junior Technical Training Specialist in 2012 and later became a Technical Training Specialist from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Presales Consultant at Ailleron until 2015.

In 2016, Grzegorz joined Ailleron again, this time as a Business Development Manager. Grzegorz was responsible for developing a unit focused on financial growth and customer satisfaction, creating and upgrading solutions and products, and identifying new markets and customer needs. Grzegorz also maintained sales records, provided after-sales support, and built long-term relationships with customers. Their areas of work included Mobile Connect, Roaming, VAS (RBT, VMS, Call Completion), and Signaling (SS7, Sigtran, SIP), among others.

In 2022, Grzegorz joined Gecko Dynamics as a Senior Sales Executive before transitioning to their current role as a Product Manager at BICS. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in determining customers' needs, creating and bringing new products to market, and assessing market competition. Grzegorz has also been involved in training and presenting in Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, and Sweden on various topics such as Introduction to Telecommunication, GSM and GPRS, SS7 Signaling, and WCDMA and UTRAN.

Overall, Grzegorz Olesiejuk has gained a wide range of experience in sales, business development, product management, and technical training in the telecommunications industry.

Grzegorz Olesiejuk attended the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. In 2015 and 2016, they studied Project Management at Wyższa Szkoła Europejska im. Ks. Józefa Tischnera. Grzegorz also obtained a certification in IPMA - level D from the International Project Management Association in June 2016.
