Iuliia Iashchuk has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 with Astelit. Iuliia worked as a Technical Support Engineer and later as a Shift Leader in the Network Control Center. Iuliia'sresponsibilities included monitoring and providing technical support for the GSM network, ensuring network accessibility and availability.

In 2012, Iuliia joined BICS where they initially worked as a Service and Network Assurance Engineer. In this role, they handled first-line services support for voice and data networks, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring effective communication with external and internal customers. Iuliia also played a key role in identifying and localizing technical problems and handling proactive alarms.

Later, they were promoted to the position of Quality-of-Service Team Lead at BICS. In this role, they led a team of 6 engineers and was responsible for launching separate teams and implementing business process modeling for each team. Iuliia also used tools like OpenFlexo and Signavio for the development and implementation of these processes.

Iuliia Iashchuk attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2004 to 2010, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Telecommunications. During the same period, they also studied at Kyiv National Economics University and earned another Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree, this time in International Business Management.
