Olena Karbovska has a strong background in telecommunications, with their most recent role being a Signalling and SMS Business Support Engineer at BICS since March 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Astelit, TM life:), where they held various positions including Core Network Optimization Engineer from December 2014 to March 2015, Core Network Operations Engineer from September 2013 to December 2014, and Junior Core Network Operations Engineer from July 2012 to September 2013.

Olena Karbovska obtained their Master's degree in Information Communications Networks from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' between 2008 and 2014.
