Stathis Kanterakis is a Principal Scientist in Bioinformatics at Bicycle Therapeutics, specializing in drug discovery, peptide analysis, next-generation sequencing (NGS), workflow automation, and decision support since May 2022. Previously, Stathis served as a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at Illumina, focusing on NGS performance analytics and supporting instrument and technology development from July 2013 to May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Data Manager at EBI, overseeing ICT infrastructure for large collaborative projects, and as a Data Analyst at the University of Pennsylvania, conducting statistical analysis of brain MRI scans.
