María Gabriela Vercellini

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, compliance, and business management. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. In addition, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university instructor teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Administration and Management of General Enterprises from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México.
