Brian Marentette

Brian Marentette, PhD is currently the Director of the People Insights Division at Biddle Consulting Group, where Brian oversees analytics services related to compensation, pay equity, adverse impact, employment discrimination, and personnel selection/test validation. Brian is also the Founder of Sports Mentalytics, providing actionable insights into the mental performance of athletes. With a background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Brian has held various consulting and research roles at companies such as IOS, Inc. and California State Personnel Board, while also teaching as a Part-Time Instructor at DePaul University.
