Betty Wan

Betty Wan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Betty is currently the VP of Partnerships at Bidease since April 2023. Prior to this, they were the owner of Betty Boba, a line of premium reusable beverage tumblers, from June 2021. Betty Boba products are sold in over 75 retailers both online and in-store. Betty also has experience as an investor and partner at Jack's Garden LLC since June 2019 and Tea on Piedmont since October 2021.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Betty held positions at Liftoff Mobile, where they served as the Director of Business Development & Partnerships from January 2016 to June 2021, and as an Account Executive from April 2014 to December 2015. Betty was the founder of SimpliciTea Products, Inc. from July 2009 to August 2015, developing consumer products for loose leaf tea. Additionally, they worked at Google as an Account Manager from February 2014 to April 2014 and as an Account Executive from July 2011 to January 2014. Betty was part of the team that contributed to the acquisition of Wildfire, an advertising software company, by Google in August 2012.

Betty has also previously worked as a Communications Representative at the Cornell Annual Fund from October 2008 to May 2010 and in marketing and business development roles at SMC Global from June 2009 to August 2009, and Vermont Ventures, LLC from October 2008 to February 2009. Their diverse background showcases their skills in partnerships, entrepreneurship, marketing, and business development across various industries.

Betty Wan attended Cornell University from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. During their time at Cornell, they studied Communication as well as Applied Economics & Management.
