John McGrath

John McGrath has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. John began their career as a Marketing Administrator at Shell Oil Company in 1995. John then worked as an Account Manager at Lehman Brothers from 1997 to 2000. Following this, they joined Bloomberg as the EMEA Manager - Buyside Sales until 2007. From 2007 to 2016, they served as the Sales Manager UK/Ireland at 360T. In 2016, they transitioned into the sports industry, working as an Academy Scout at Charlton Athletic Football Club and Crystal Palace Football Club. In 2017, they became the Chief Revenue Officer at BidFX and also held the role of FX Sales Manager at TradingScreen until 2020. Currently, they are working as a Casual Academy Scout (South) at Manchester United since 2022.

John McGrath completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from the University of Portsmouth, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. In addition to their degree, McGrath has obtained several certifications related to football from The Football Association. These include FA Level 2 Talent Identification in November 2022, FA Level 1 Talent Identification in December 2016, FA Level 2 Coaching in July 2016, FA Level 1 Goalkeeping in October 2015, and FA Level 1 Coaching in April 2015.
