Emma Rahim

Emma Rahim has held various HR-related roles throughout their career. Emma started in 2007 as an HR Assistant at Walsall Hospitals NHS Trust and then moved to Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust as an HR Administrative Assistant and later as an HR Officer. In 2011, they worked as an HR Advisor at Euro Car Parts Ltd. Emma then joined Walsall College as an HR Consultant before transitioning to Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, where they held multiple HR managerial roles. In 2015, they worked as the Head of HR at OPTIONS FOR CARE LIMITED and as a Regional HR Business Partner at NOONAN. From 2017 to 2020, Emma worked at Care UK, first as a Senior HR Business Partner and then as the Head of Human Resources. In 2020, they briefly worked as the Head of People at Horizon Care and Education Group Ltd before joining Bidvest Noonan as the Human Resources Director. Currently, they serve as the Group HR Transformation Director (Interim) at Bidvest Noonan.

Emma Rahim completed their education in three stages. From 2019 to 2022, they pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Employment Law & Practice at De Montfort University. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Birmingham City University. Between 2009 and 2011, they also earned a post-graduate degree in CIPD from the same university.
