Helen O'Riordan is a graduate rural surveyor at Bidwells LLP. Helen has previous experience working at Bidwells and Savills. At Bidwells, they worked on projects including the development of a viability report for a Buckinghamshire-based stud farm, research into proposals for land diversification in an area of disused woodland, and the creation and development of a comparables database used for the rent review of a private Grade II listed hall. Helen also conducted site visits to a private estate and farms in Lincolnshire to assess gas works, tree management, tenant cottages, and asbestos removal. At Savills, they observed rural chartered surveyors and assisted with managing the Brighton and Hove estate. This included conducting site visits to residential properties and rural farm buildings, carrying out inspections and appliance testing, land mapping analysis for rent reviews, and database organization for large-scale information storage. Helen also visited the Goodwood Estate with the estate and farm managers.
Helen O'Riordan has a MSc in Rural Land and Business Management from the University of Reading, a BSc in Physical Geography from Newcastle University, and A Levels from Sir William Borlase's Grammar School. Helen also has Primary - GCSE from Notting Hill and Ealing High School GDST.
