Delivering planning permissions and securing allocations for several residential and multi-use schemes, Robert is accustomed to working collaboratively and manages multi-disciplinary teams. Experienced in the development management process, Robert has acted as planning agent for a number of national housebuilders across the region including Taylor Wimpey, Bellway Homes and Bovis Homes at Wootton, Bedfordshire, securing full planning permission for 600 dwellings.
