Allison Gadbois

Allison Gadbois is currently the VP of Clinical Compliance and Quality at Bierman ABA. Allison has been in this position for 1 year and 10 months. Prior to this, they were a Senior ABA Care Manager at Magellan Health for 3 years and 11 months. Allison has also worked as a Regional Manager, BCBA at Verbal Behavior Associates for 2 years and 5 months. In this role, they supervised staff and conducted functional behavior assessments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related disorders. Allison also conducted parent training sessions for all clients on their caseload. Lastly, they were a BCBA at the Southington Board of Education for 1 year and 3 months.

Allison Gadbois has a Master of Education from Cambridge College and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Allison has been a student representative for CTABA from 2009-2012.
