Shon Dorsey

Shon Dorsey currently serves as the Director of Agency Growth at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America since October 2023. Prior to this role, Shon held the position of Chief Operations Officer at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern Michigan from July 2022 to October 2023, and Senior Vice President of Branches at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County from August 2019 to July 2022. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Organizational Development for Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Executive Director at the YMCA of Greater San Antonio, and Director of Programs at Wesley Community Center. Shon's expertise encompasses operational management, program development, risk management, and community engagement, supported by a Master's degree in Social Work focused on leadership and administration from the University of Houston.
