Mitchell Briant has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mitchell started their career at Youth Advocate Services as a Help Me Grow Service Coordinator from 2007 to 2010. Mitchell then joined Delaware General Health District as a Help Me Grow Service Coordinator in 2010 before transitioning to the role of Health Educator in 2012. During their time there, Mitchell managed a grant budget and worked on the Adult Injury Prevention program.
In 2016, Mitchell joined Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio, where they held various roles. Mitchell started as an Assistant Vice President in Delaware County, responsible for overseeing the mentoring program and managing program coordinators. Currently, Mitchell is serving as the Director of County Office Operations, a position they have held since September 2021.
Mitchell Briant attended Ohio Wesleyan University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and Anthropology. In addition, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in October 2022.
