Program Services Team

The Program Services Team at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts is responsible for creating, managing, and supporting the one-to-one mentoring relationships between adult volunteers ("Bigs") and children ("Littles"). They oversee the entire mentor matching process, from recruitment and training of volunteers to the monitoring and support of each match to ensure positive outcomes. The team ensures that the programs effectively contribute to the healthy development and success of the young participants by providing professional guidance and resources throughout the mentoring journey.
