Travis L. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development, operations management, and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Learning & Development at LendingClub, Travis leads a team of specialists, implements global training programs, and develops internal growth initiatives while supporting the organization’s DEI strategies. As Head Chair of the LC Out Network, Travis drives LGBTQ+ inclusion efforts that earned the company Business Equality Leadership certification. Previous roles include Operations Manager at LendingClub, where Travis achieved exceptional performance during economic challenges, and Store Director at J.Crew, focusing on talent management and loss prevention. Early career experience at Starbucks Coffee Company included training and human resources responsibilities, fostering diversity initiatives, and developing talent. Travis holds a GED from Clovis Adult Education and has pursued further education at Diablo Valley College.

As the state's largest donor and volunteer supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers and children, ages 6 through 18, in communities across Utah. We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people.
